The product is built and operated by Fixando, the marketplace at
https://www.fixando.pt (also fixando.es, fixando.de). It is multilingual
(Português, English, Español, Deutsch) and serves the markets that
Fixando operates in.

Core capabilities:
- Pre-fills quote data from a Fixando Pedido (category, service,
  location, client info).
- Generates a signed PDF with a verification QR code.
- Sends quotes via email or WhatsApp using authorised contact channels.
- Live timeline events back to the Pedido for both Specialist and Client.
- Per-category branding overrides for Premium specialists.
